I am Sophie Leech and yes, you guessed it, I bake cakes; beautifully designed and delicious bespoke cakes for Birthdays, Weddings and Celebrations. I am based in Rayleigh, Essex and hold a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 Stars, the highest standard, as well as having my certicate in Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Catering.

Making cakes was always a hobby of mine since I can remember. Hobby turned Business, I now work so hard and put some much time into each cake and design. It is all worth it when you make someone's Birthday, Anniversary or their big day that extra bit special with a cake that tastes amazing!
