Sophie Bakes Cakes Essex produces bespoke cake designs and therefore are made on an individual basis, for this reason the below prices are a guide only and for a more accurate quote please do not hesitate to get in contact via Email or Messenger.

My cakes are made up of 3 layers of cake, if you require a taller cake then this can be costed for.

WEDDING CAKE ORDERS

Congratulations on your engagement, this calls for cake!

 I always try and make ordering a cake from me as simple and stress-free as possible, as well trying to stick to your budgets and most importantly giving you the most stunning bespoke cake!

 

Wedding Cakes vary in all different sizes, designs and flavours so in order to get an exact quote please get in contact and inform me of the following for the most accurate quote.

-Venue name and post code?

-Number of Portions/Guests/How many tiers?

-Style of cake, fondant iced, buttercream finish or Semi-Naked finish?

All prices based on 3 Layers of cake high - (Roughly 5-6 inches high per tier)

and are 1" by 2" Event portions, if you wanted smaller Finger portions 1" by 1", please let me know,

DELIVERY | DEPOSITS | T&Cs

By Purchasing an order from Sophie Bakes Cakes Essex, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

 

Sophie Bakes Cakes Essex does offer the option for delivery, depending on location, usually only have availability for Weddings/Larger orders; Please note, an additional delivery charge according to post code will be applied. For an accurate delivery quote, please do not hesitate to get in contact with your post code.

A non-refundable deposit/booking fee of £20 (depending on size of the order and excluding wedding orders) is required to secure the date for your cake and the rest to be paid a week prior to the collection date, via bank transfer please. If the deposit is not received and the date is not secured, someone can book in your desired slot. Please confirm you have sent over the deposit, in order to complete the slot.

For wedding orders a non-refundable deposit/booking fee of £95 will be required and the remaining paid 4 weeks prior to your big day.

Please note once your cake has left my premises it is not my responsibility for any damages, so please handle with care; I suggest holding the box on the bottom and avoid touching the sides of box. Please store cakes in their box in the fridge to avoid damage/melting. I suggest transporting cakes in the foot well of your car, or somewhere flat like the boot with Air Conditioning to keep it cold.

Cupcakes, Cookies and Brownies to be stored in their box in a cool, dry place. You can always ask and I'll happily suggest where is best.

All price quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of written quotation/email.

Please be aware that all my orders are prepared in a kitchen where nuts and gluten are present, as well as other allergens. I cannot guarantee that any food item is completely free from allergens, due to risk of cross contamination.

Full allergen information is available - please just ask! I do not currently make Gluten, Dairy or Egg free cakes, nor Vegan. My cakes are suitable for Vegetarians, but please let me know as some sprinkles differ on this.

The gallery of images displays examples of my work and due to all cakes being bespoke and hand made in different sizes from those shown, your cake may be varied from the website image. If you send over an image of an existing cake design not made by myself please note techniques and products are different and therefore the outcome may also differ - Although I'm happy to make a cake from image I like to make bespoke cakes made just for you so please take advantage of this, I'm always happy to design and put a twist on these, these are always the ones that turn out the best.
